About the Author
Anthony D. Mosley, M.D., M.S., is the medical director of the Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center in Kirkland, WA. Deborah S. Romaine is the author, coauthor, or contributor to numerous books on health and wellness subjects, including The A to Z of the Heart and Heart Disease and The A to Z of Men’s Health, both for Facts On File and Checkmark Books. She has published more than 350 articles. Romaine holds an M.A. in English/creative writing from the University of Washington.
