About the Author
Dr. Rey earned his B.A. and M.A. at St. Mary’s University and hia Ph.D. in Political Science at Texas Tech University. He has taught at East Carolina University and the University of Tampa, where he currently serves Ass. Professor of Government & World Affairs.
