About the Author

Dr. Sika, acquired her Ph.D from Cairo University. Currently she is Assistant Professor at Future University in Egypt, and a member of the board of directors of Partners in Development, where she is heading two research projects on the Economic and Social Returns to Education in Egypt, and Migration in the Arab World.
