Book Description

In our busy world of meetings and microwaves, car radios and cellphones, people always wish they could get an extra hour in the day. But what if they could? Doorways to Extra Time is an anthology that explores ways to get extra time (be it an hour, a day, or a decade) and the impact it would have–whether upon a single life, a family or an entire world.

About the Author

Errick A. Nunnally was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. His recent successes include: publication of his book, Blood For The Sun; a comic strip collection, Lost in Transition; short stories in the anthologies Wicked Seasons, Inner Demons Out, and Doorways To Extra Time; two lovely children; and one beautiful wife.

Trisha J. Wooldridge reviews dining establishments in Faerie for her local paper, much to the natives’ confusion. She often gets injured while trying to ride her horse, save the planet, interview famous movie and music people, or wear heels. She swears she loves her Husband-of-Awesome for more than his health insurance (he’s also pretty cute). Her work has been in two EPIC Award-winning anthologies Bad-Ass Faeries and UnCONventional. Her debut novel, The Kelpie, comes out in December 2013.

Anthony Francis studies human and other minds to help design intelligent machines and emotional robots. By day, he works at the Search Engine That Starts With A G, and by night he writes science fiction and draws comic books. He’s the author of the award winning urban fantasy novel Frost Moon and its sequel Blood Rock, both starring magical tattoo artist Dakota Frost.

Susan Mittmann started out in engineering but ended up with a master’s degree in psychology. She started out as a credentialed professional working with preschoolers through teens, but ended up volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader, FIRST robotics coach, and all-around mom. When not busy with kids or writing, she can occasionally be found dipping chocolate truffles or riding a unicycle somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jody Lynn Nye is known for her numerous works of science fiction and fantasy including An Unexpected Apprentice and its sequel, A Forthcoming Wizard, Applied Mythology, Advanced Mythology, and others. She has collaborated with New York Times best-selling author Anne McCaffrey on The Death of Sleep, The Ship Who Won, Doona and other novels, and with another New York Times best-selling author, Robert Asprin, in his Myth series. She lives in Illinois with her husband and two cats of superior bearing.
