Like the first edition, this fourth is a definitive how-to guide. But it’s also a critique, based on decades of experience. Readers will value Cultural Resource Laws and Practice as much for King’s insights on changing the system as for his instructions on working it.
Tom King has played a unique role in CRM as one of the architects of the original Section 106 regulations and the discipline’s most articulate explicator and critic. This purportedly final edition has updated regulatory detail, recent examples, and sharpened critique.
