Ekpen J. Omonbude is an Economic Advisor with the Commonwealth Secretariat. His area of specialisation is petroleum and mineral economics and policy. Prior to joining the Secretariat, he was a Research Analyst at FACTS Global Energy. Omonbude holds a PhD in Petroleum Policy and Economics from the University of Dundee, and is a member of the International Association for Energy Economics.
