Zahra Hojjati Zidashti, PhD, is currently affiliated with the Physical Education Department at the Islamic Azad University, Rasht Branch, Guilan, Iran. She currently teaches master of science classes in human anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, sports injuries, sports nutrition, and physical education. She is the author of over 25 articles and reports (in English and Persian) in the field of sports nutrition, women in sports, health and sports, anthropometry in sports, exercise science, and exercise physiology. Dr. Hojjati consults on exercise training for professional teams and health centers. SoheilaYavarmasroor is currently an MSc student at the Department of Exercise Physiology, Science and Research Branch, at Islamic Azad University in Guilan, Iran. She is the vice president of the development of womenIs sport for the Guilan province in Iran. She has Level One Anthropometrist (Technician-Restricted Profile) from ISAK. She is Instructor, Coaching and Referee Gymnastics Federation; Fitness and Aerobic Federation of Iran. She has a certificate for sports management from the London Metropolitan University under the auspices of Islamic Federation of Women Sport. Kaveh Hariri Asli, PhD, is a professional mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in practicing mechanical engineering design and teaching. He is author of over 50 articles and reports in the fields of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, automation and control systems. Dr. Hariri has consulted for a number of major corporations.
