About the Author

R. Barri Flowers lives in Tigard, Oregon. In addition to his nonfiction books about criminal justice and social issues, he is also a crime writer and mystery novelist. He recently received the Wall of Fame Award from Michigan State University’s renowned School of Criminal Justice.
