About the Author

David Owen, a graduate in engineering, moved from the aerospace industry into scientific research and journalism. He has written features for leading British newspapers, including The Observer, The Sunday Times, and The Telegraph, as well as producing and directing television and radio documentaries for the British Broadcasting Corporation. He has also authored the books Lighter Than Air and Hidden Evidence.

Robin Shohet has been running supervision courses through the Centre for Supervision and Team Development since 1979. He combines his work as a trainer with team coaching and culture change in organisations using Appreciative Inquiry. He lives with his family in the Findhorn Foundation, a spiritual community in the North East of Scotland.
