Great exercise book to get a solid fitness baseline! I am in my late 60s and have difficulties exercising standing up. This book is exactly what I have been struggling with exercise for a while now due to the pain that I feel after doing normal classes/sessions at the gym. Not only do the exercises in this book not cause me any pain, however, they actually make me feel stronger and more mobile as they are effective and low-impact!.

The book is very well made. Lots of clear illustrations and the explanation is very professional. I love the way this book is structured and really recommend it if you are looking for low impact exercise sitting to improve Strength and joint are more than 40 exercises and not one of them is useless or explained a gem this book worth millions of dollars of surgeries and painkillers in just 100 pages!

Amazing Illustrations and Explanations - Very Effective
I have been looking for a book to work through with my mom to help her gain strength and mobility post knee replacement. It got me toned and flexible in no is just what I was looking for.
