About the Author
Carolyn Katzin is a licensed nutritionist with over twenty years of experience working with cancer patients and their families. Carolyn is a Certified Nutrition Specialist in private practice in Los Angeles and is consulting nutritionist at Lucy Curci Cancer Center, Rancho Mirage, CA. She serves on the national American Cancer Society’s Nutrition, Physical Activity and Cancer Control Advisory Group and is a member of the professional advisory board of The Wellness Community in Santa Monica.
