Book Description
“Rich with images that should feel obscure, but somehow dont. Instead, they feel like the unraveling of a debutante; a beautiful girl with too many secrets tearing a beautiful dress to shreds. -Jeremy Radin, Writebloody Author and host of Lightbulbmouth Radio Hour With Bombshell Bohemia: Poetry from the Underground, actress and poet Taylor Roberts takes a gothic leap into the emotional underworld of a modern muse. From the gritty underbelly of the lower east side of Manhattan to the woodsy imagery of California, this short collection of poems juxtaposes beauty and grief, love and loss, the bombshell and bohemia.

About the Author
Taylor Roberts was born in North Carolina and raised in Austin Texas. Formerly a classical dancer, she performed with such ballet companies as The Royal Ballet of London and Ballet Austin. Her dance career ended after an injury, and her love for classical and contemporary verse began while studying Shakespeare and Chekov at theatre conservatory. Upon graduation Taylor began work on feature films and television shows in New York and Los Angeles. She is perhaps most recognized for her dark portrayal of murderess Camilla Barnes in the television drama series Law & Order: Criminal Intent as well as her delicate performance in Melissa Painter’s independent feature Admissions as a mentally challenged savant.
