Being a retired minister and of Scottish decent, I began Blue Bells of Scotland with hesitation. Soon I couldn’t wait to turn pages. This is the most interesting book I’ve read in a long time. Laura spent many years as a freelance musician on trombone, harp, and flute, and as a music teacher, before returning to writing. She is the mother of nine children, currently living in Minnesota.
