About the Editor
Dr. Miadreza Shafie-khah is a professor at the University of Vaasa, Finland. He is the editor-in-chief and associate editor of several prestigious journals and guest editor of various special issues on smart grids and smart cities. He has been the coordinator of several projects in demand response, decentralized electricity markets, and multiagent systems. He is an IEEE senior member and published more than 300 journal papers, book chapters, and conference papers.
About the Author
Miadreza Shafie-khah is the Head of Research and Innovation Division at Nowocert, Dublin, Ireland, and a visiting professor at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. He is the editor-in-chief or associate editor of several prestigious journals including the IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Energy and the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems. His main research interest is in demand response, decentralized electricity markets, and electric vehicles.
