About the Author
Alexander E Brunner is the CEO of Brunner Digital, a Swiss-based advisory firm for international fintech, Web3 and AI companies entering the Swiss Market. The boutique consulting company advises international corporations and governments. Alexander studied at the University of St. Gallen HSG in Switzerland before gaining international experience in alternative investments and hedge funds.
For seven years, he was a Member of Parliament in the City of Zurich. He was also a commander in the Swiss armed forces for 16 years. Alexander is also a frequent international speaker and news commentator in the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Cointelegraph and Serbia Public Television. He is the author of several reports and a book on crypto, blockchain, and Web3, Crypto Nation Switzerland (2019), the Swiss Digital Asset and Wealth Management Report 2021, the Swiss Digital Asset Market Report 2022, and the Swiss Digital Asset Custody Report (2023 and 2024). He lives with his family in Zurich, Switzerland.
