He is a member of the American Bar Association; Indiana Bar Association; Probate, Trust, and Real Property section of the Indiana Bar Association; National Association of Estate Planners; and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a certified financial planner and frequent speaker on estate-planning issues.
