About the Author
Megan Torrance is the CEO and founder of TorranceLearning. During her more than two decades of leadership, the firm has grown, serving Fortune 1000 companies, major research universities, global professional associations, and the federal government. TorranceLearning was named to the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch list in 2018. Torrance’s strategic vision has enabled TorranceLearning to influence millions of workplace learners worldwide, reflecting her deep commitment to transformative corporate education. She’s the author of Agile for Instructional Designers (2019) and Data and Analytics for Instructional Designers (2023). She’s also an adjunct instructor of learning design and technology at Penn State University. Torrance lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
