Fulop is Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Lecturer in the History of Christianity at Columbia Theological Seminary, and a contributor to the Encyclopedia of African American Culture and History (1995). Albert J. Raboteau is Putnam Professor of Religion at Princeton University and author of SlaveReligion.
