Y. Jay Guo is the manager of system strategy with Mobisphere Ltd, a Siemens and NEC Company, located in Reading, U.K. He has twenty years academic and industrial experience in radio communications. A senior member of the IEEE, he holds a Ph.D. in antennas and propagation as well as a Masters degree in RF engineering and a B.Sc. in electronic engineering.
