S.C. Coval is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina and his D.Phil. from Oxford University. P.G. Campbell is an Associate Professor of Philosophy in the Department of Philosophy and Classics at the University of Regina in Saskatchewan, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
