Dr.Hsieh is Associate Dean of Libraries and Music Librarian at Kathryn Sullivan Bowld Music Library, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. She received the M. M. and M. L. S. from the University of South Carolina and Ph.D. in musicology from Louisiana State University.
