From the Author
This book grew out of the struggles I had building my own confidence and self-esteem when I was in my twenties. At the age of 20, I realised that if I didn’t do something, I was heading for a life of unhappiness and disappointment. I started reading psychology books and attending seminars looking for the big secret that would solve my problem and set me free, but I soon discovered there isn’t one! Instead, there are lots of small things that can be applied every day and which surely and steadily bring about big changes. I put them all into this book.
How do I know my approach works? Because I applied it myself and have helped thousands of others do the same. I’ve had the confidence to do many things I couldn’t have imagined as a twenty year-old – stand for Parliament, run my own business, write several books, teach in Moscow, appear on radio and TV and so on.
I love helping people grow in confidence, nothing makes such a big difference in their lives. Health, happiness and success are not just for others, and not just for a few – they’re your birthright!
