About the Author
Bruce H. Walker is an independent consultant with more than 40 years of experience in optical engineering and lens design. He received four patents for unusual lens design while working for General Electric, and for 20 years was with the Electro-Optical Division of Kollmorgen Corp. He also is a long-time contributor to the Photonics Handbook and Dictionary.
